Cybersecurity Training for the Modern Threat Landscape: Brightside AI's Hyper-Personalized Phishing, Deepfake, and Vishing Simulations
In today's digital world, threats are evolving faster than traditional training methods can keep up. Cybercriminals are no longer relying on generic phishing emails or easily detectable scams. They’re leveraging AI, deepfakes, social engineering, and real personal data to craft highly believable attacks—ones that even the most tech-savvy employees can fall for.
This is where Brightside AI steps in.
Brightside AI is revolutionizing cybersecurity awareness through hyper-personalized, AI-driven simulations that replicate real-world cyberattacks. Our phishing, deepfake, and vishing simulations are designed to train employees not just to spot obvious threats, but to identify the subtle cues of the most advanced forms of digital deception.
Why Simulations Matter More Than Ever
Traditional cybersecurity awareness training has one critical flaw: it assumes attackers are using traditional methods. But today’s attackers are using AI to craft tailored phishing emails, clone voices for phone scams, and create convincing video deepfakes. These attacks are not only more effective—they’re often indistinguishable from legitimate communication.
Security awareness training must evolve to mirror the threats employees actually face.
Simulations allow organizations to proactively train employees in realistic scenarios before the real thing happens. They help identify vulnerable individuals, departments, and workflows. They also create a culture of vigilance, preparing employees to think critically and act wisely in high-pressure situations.
But not all simulations are created equal. Brightside AI's approach goes far beyond generic training modules.

Introducing Hyper-Personalized Simulations by Brightside AI
At Brightside AI, we believe the best way to train employees is to expose them to attacks that feel real—because they could be real. Our platform harnesses publicly available data to create simulations that are tailor-made for each employee, making the training experience more immersive, impactful, and effective.
How it Works:
Data Discovery: Our system scans the public web—including data leaks, social media, company websites, and public databases—to collect information relevant to your employees. This includes:
Leaked credentials and passwords
Social media activity and connections
Public work history and job descriptions
Mentions in the media or online forums
Company hierarchy and relationships
And many more.
Contextual Threat Modeling: Based on the gathered data, our AI engine generates phishing emails, phone scripts, and even deepfake videos that reflect actual risks an employee might face. For example:
A phishing email that appears to come from their manager referencing a real recent project.
A vishing call from an “IT technician” using cloned voice snippets from the employee’s LinkedIn video.
A deepfake video of a C-level executive urging urgent wire transfers.
What’s great is that you are in total control when it comes to choosing which employees will be the targets of which simulations!
Behavioral Analytics: We monitor how employees respond to each simulation—whether they click a link, answer a call, or report a suspicious email. This data is anonymized and aggregated to generate individual and organizational risk scores, while you — as the company admin — are able to where each of the employees messed up.
Feedback and Education: After each simulation, the employee receives detailed, contextual feedback explaining what happened, how the attacker crafted the deception, and what to do differently in the future. The admin can also assign specific courses to each employee to increase their awareness and prepare for potential future phishing attacks.
This kind of hyper-personalized simulation isn’t about embarrassing employees—it’s about preparing them for the real world. The results? Stronger awareness, faster response times, and a resilient cybersecurity culture.
Types of Simulations We Offer
Phishing Simulations (AI-Powered Email Attacks)
Emails mimic real-world scams, but are designed using employee-specific details.
Spear phishing and whaling scenarios for executives and key personnel.
Attachments and links that mimic actual tools used within your company.
Vishing Simulations (Voice Phishing Calls)
AI-generated phone calls using cloned voices and personal context.
Scenarios include fake IT support, CEO impersonation, or urgent security breaches.
Real-time behavioral tracking during the call.
Deepfake Simulations (Synthetic Video Messages)
Video messages that look and sound like real people in your organization.
Used to simulate urgent requests, HR updates, or executive communications.
A powerful way to expose employees to the dangers of visual deception.

Benefits of Brightside AI Simulations
Realism: Employees face scenarios that are practically indistinguishable from genuine interactions.
Engagement: Personalized content keeps users attentive and invested.
Data-Driven Insights: Organizations receive actionable data on vulnerabilities and training gaps.
Scalability: Our platform can simulate attacks across large teams, departments, or entire companies.
Compliance and Privacy: All simulations are GDPR-compliant, with strict controls on data usage.
How to Launch Your First Simulation?
Once you are on the main dashboard, go to “Simulations” on the top bar. There, you can see all the previous simulations you’ve launched. If you are a first-timer, press “Create a new attack”, pick simulation type (phishing, deepfake or vishing). Then, you will be presented with variety of hyper-personalized attack templates that were carefully crafted based on your employees’ available data. Click the simulation you like the most, choose the employees you want to target and enjoy the show! In the aftermath, you will be able to see how each of your employees reacted.
A Cybersecurity Awareness Tool That Works
Simulations are more than just tests—they’re training opportunities. Brightside AI’s simulations are designed to teach in real time. We don’t just show users what went wrong—we show them how it was crafted, why it was effective, and what to look out for in the future.
Our platform also allows organizations to:
Customize the frequency, difficulty, and type of simulations.
Compare risk across departments, roles, or locations.
Integrate simulation results into broader cybersecurity programs.
Whether you're a small business or a large enterprise, our tools adapt to your needs and threat landscape.
Preparing for the Future of Cyber Threats
The future of cyberattacks is already here. AI-generated threats are more convincing, more scalable, and more dangerous than ever before. But with the right training, your employees can become your strongest line of defense.
Brightside AI isn’t just a simulation platform—it’s a strategy for resilience. Our mission is to help organizations train smarter, act faster, and build security from the inside out.
